All connector orders will be custom made to your requirement and therefore are Non Cancellable/Non Returnable. There is a 1 year warranty for manufacturer defects, this warranty is limited to replacement of defective material only. If you would like to return defective material for replacement you must request an RMA Number (Return Material Authorization). You may request an RMA by phone 435 586-0902, fax 435 586-0903 or e-mail astonics@astonics.com. If the manufacturer determines defects were caused by the user, you will be notified immediately.
