RADIALL ARINC 600 (NSX series) offers the following versions :

Connectors for rear removable contacts :

NSXN: plug and receptacle connectors. Non-environmental version, inserts without grommet and sealing compound, plugs without groove and O-ring.

NSXC: plug and receptacle connectors. Non-environmental version, inserts with grommet but without sealing compound, plugs without groove and O-ring.

NSXE: plug and receptacle connectors. Environmental version, inserts with grommet and sealing compound, plugs with groove and O-ring.

NSXH: plug connectors only. Environmental version, inserts with grommet and sealing compound, plugs without groove and O-ring.

Connectors for front removable contacts:

NSXF: receptacle connectors only. Front release, front removable signal contacts only. Non-environmental version, inserts without grommet and sealing compound.

NSXG: identical to NSX F but with front release - front removable signal, power, coax and triax contacts.

NSX series connectors are composed of the following 3 parts:

The contacts: allow signal and power transmission. RADIALL NSX series contacts are offered in sizes 1, 5, 8, 12, 16, 20, 22; in signal, power, coaxial, twinax, fiber-optic contacts; and in wire wrap, PC tail and fiber- optic contact termination.

The inserts: provide retention of the contacts in a wide variety of contact arrangements. Mixed contact arrangements are available allowing a combination of signal, power, triax, twinax and fiber-optic contacts to be used. Contacts are installed and removed using simple standard tooling. Inserts are available for :
- front release, front removable contacts.
- rear release, rear removable contacts.
- front release, rear removable contacts.

The shell: retains the inserts and provides protection and alignment of the inserts and contacts during mating. The shell can be fitted with grounding spring fingers which provide shell to shell conductivity once mated. Each shell is fitted with a polarizing system, removable from the mating face, providing 216 polarizing positions. RADIALL NSX series offers 4 shell sizes: sizes 1, 2, 3, and single shell.
